  I’m so beyond disgusted, hurt and disappointed with this storage company!!!! We had only had our things stored for 1 1/2 months. In that short amount of time there has been a on going RAT infestation. That has destroyed a number of our items including my 7 year old child’s bed and my bed. In contacting these people and advising of the problem they tell me you store at your own risk and that they know of there issues with RATS and have tried to take care of the problem( this is what they tell me at our 10th conversation) and by the look of the rat poop they are big rats not something that just happened but something that has been there a while. There response to was to refund me my last month.
  I under stand you store your items at your own risk. But when they were aware of there problems and failed to let there customers know is out right so wrong. We trusted our items would be safe while we were trying to find a home. And now that god we have we are out of items that we can’t afford to replace nor the other items we could ever replace due to sentimental value. All I asked was for them to do the right thing and apparently that’s not going to happen! Hard lesson learned. Soooo please do not rent a storage unit from these people they don’t seem to truly care about protecting there customers lovely hood that’s was entrusted them to protect.
  Update* you state you would like to assist in correcting this ? I have been going back-and-forth with you guys for two weeks now trying to get you guys to assist me in this ! And anyone with common sense would understand with rat problem it’s not just one treatment they go away you need to take away their entry point and obviously that was not done! All I requested was assistance in helping me replace my bed for my child and for myself. I was not asking for all the Tea in China. And your female manager all she did was be extremely disrespectful and very rude right off. I had asked for the owner to contact me yet I still have not been contacted by them. This is not very good business practices and very unprofessional the way you guys have handled the situation. And I would love for you to explain to my crying seven-year-old who has no bed why she has no bed. I can’t even give her my bed due to my bed was destroyed as well. All I asked for you guys to do the honest and right thing. This whole situation has been very disgusting , disturbing!!!
